Does Island Connection Boat Ventures require any paperwork?

We ask each passenger to sign a liability waiver before boarding the boat. The waiver form can be downloaded using the button below. Please print a copy for each passenger and bring the completed forms with you on the day of your cruise.

How many people can come on the cruise?

Our boat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults plus your captain.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Trip cancellations must be made by phone or email no later than 48 hours before the scheduled trip time.
  • Customers who cancel before the 48-hour window will receive a refund.
  • Customers will receive a full refund or optional credit for any cancellation made by the Captain due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers who do not show up for their scheduled trip will not receive a refund.

What is included with our cruise?

Island Connection Boat Ventures provides the following items as part of your tour:

  • Life Jackets for each passenger
  • Water bottles
  • Cooler with ice
  • A family friendly, safe and fun environment

Are we allowed to bring drinks and food?

Yes! Island Connection Boat Ventures, LLC will provide a cooler full of ice as well as water; however, you are welcome to bring any food or beverage. No glass containers are allowed, but you are welcome to bring beer and wine with identification provided prior to the charter.

Can you guarantee we will see dolphins?

While specific wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, every cruise will be able to see the overall wildlife of the lowcountry waters. The salt marshes, bays, and waterways surrounding the Beaufort area are full of life and with the Wildlife Day Cruise, we’ll specifically visit the areas where the dolphins are known to wander.

Cruises pick-up and drop-off from multiple locations. Below are our most frequent points of departure.

Beaufort, SC area:

  • Beaufort Day dock off of the waterfront
  • Whitehall Boat Landing
  • The Sands Beach - Port Royal Sound (temporarily closed)
  • Fish Camp/Shell Ring in Port Royal, SC
  • Eddings Point Boat Landing on St. Helena Island
  • Battery Creek Boat Landing near Parris Island
  • Sam’s Point Boat Landing on Lady’s Island off Coosaw River
